Lic. Marcos Juan Troncoso

A consultant with more than 40 years of experience as VP of Finance and executive of important companies with special emphasis on financial and operational aspects, Mr. Troncoso is an Arbitrator of the Center for Alternative Dispute Resolution. He has been president of various boards of directors, including the Dominican Republic Stock Exchange, SA, Banks. He was Chief Executive Officer and Secretary of the Board of Directors of Tricom, SA, the only Dominican company registered with the New York Stock Exchange of the USA and in which he participated in its restructuring process under Chapter 11 of the US Bankruptcy Law.

He is also an expert advisor under Law 141-15, and an instructor of law enforcement officials, a member of the Restructuring Committee of the Chamber of Commerce and Production of Santo Domingo, a Certified Public Accountant, a member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of the Dominican Republic, Inc. (ICPARD), a member of the Bar Association, among others.
