Lic. Raquel Eunice Lopez

Raquel E. López Méndez, Esq. graduated from Universidad Autónoma de Santo Domingo (UASD) in 2019, earning her Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) degree with Magna Cum Laude honors. She subsequently completed a Master’s Degree in Tax Law and Tax Procedure at the same institution, strengthening her expertise in tax advisory and tax litigation matters.

She has participated in various diploma programs, courses, and seminars in Labor Law, Administrative Law, Real Estate Law, Corporate Law, and Civil Law, developing a comprehensive and well-rounded legal background.

Ms. López has broad experience in Corporate, Labor, and Administrative Law, actively participating in both advisory and contentious matters before different jurisdictions. Her professional practice focuses on Labor Law, Litigation, Civil Law, and Civil Procedure, where she is recognized for her technical rigor, analytical approach, and commitment to delivering strategic and effective legal solutions.
