Lic. Kristian Jáquez Espinal

Graduated in Law from the Universidad Católica Santo Domingo, he received his law degree in 2004. Likewise, he is a graduate of the National University of Exact Sciences (UNINCE), where he studied Surveying, obtaining said degree for the year 2011. He took FATCA weekly courses for Banks and Financial Institutions, Concepts, Fundamental Elements of Internal Controls and AML/CFT Compliance (CSMB Consulting Services for Management & Banking). He also carried out various studies in Labor Law, Real Estate Law, Criminal Procedure and Civil Procedure.
