Lic. José Enrique Pérez

Mr. Pérez is a lawyer and partner of the firm, he received a Law Degree from the Universidad Católica Santo Domingo (UCSD), receiving the Cardenal Octavio A. Beras research recognition; He holds a Master's degree in Law and Civil Procedure from the Autonomous University of Santo Domingo (UASD), and a Master's degree in Corporate Business from the Pontificia Universidad Católica Madre y Maestra (PUCMM). He is an authorized Conciliator, in accordance with the Restructuring Law (141-15). He has carried out different studies in Intellectual Property (Pedro Henríquez Ureña University), Labor Law and Monetary-Financial Law. He is an internal Quality Auditor, a member of the Bar Association with registration no. 29862-190-05, member of the CCPSD Commission for the modification of regulation 20-17, of the Restructuring Law, Judiciary School Instructor on Restructuring, Member of the National Council of Tax Consultants, Inc. (CONACI ).
