Dr. Carolyn J. Jaquez Espinal

Dr. Carolyn J. Jáquez Espinal is the founding attorney of the firm. In 1998, she earned her Juris Doctor degree, Summa Cum Laude, from the Universidad Iberoamericana (UNIBE). In 2001, she completed a Postgraduate Degree in Civil Procedural Law at the Pontificia Universidad Católica Madre y Maestra (PUCMM). She has also pursued specialized studies in Corporate Law, Contract Drafting, and International Trade, concentrating her professional practice in Commercial and Corporate Law.

Since 1998, she has been a member of the Dominican Bar Association (Colegio de Abogados de la República Dominicana), holding License No. 21357-50-99, and remains committed to continuous professional development.

 

She has participated as an expert auxiliary in significant corporate restructuring proceedings under Law No. 141-15 on Restructuring and Liquidation, contributing to the technical design, negotiation, and structuring of restructuring plans that have been successfully approved, demonstrating strong strategic and technical capabilities in highly complex business environments.
